I am from Lima, Perú

I have been very happy to have seen John Paul II in person once, during one of his 2 visits to Perú, I live near the airport and everybody was part of a link of a human chain when the Pope came the 2nd time, in 1988 and we could see him from his special car with the glass dome, saying hello to everybody.

He not only fulfilled my heart with a light of peace, but he also made me understand that life has his ups and downs, and that death is part of life, we are not here forever and we must understand and respect our fate.
