Just following the trend of the younger one's posting. I joined PAYO about 9 years ago. I was one of the little girls that looked up to the yellow skirted, big girls. I've stuck with PAYO so long, I plan on continuing until I'm head of the pack haha. :] Kudos to Auntie Gussie and all my peers.

It is always a delight watching Gussie's dance troupe. Their performances brings such memories of my younger years. I am glad that
the Payo believes in the continuation of such a great tradition. You should be proud!

Got too close to PAYO in 2007

PAYO grandparents of Ben and Ivy. Nenita and I got too close last year to PAYO and are now hooked. Met Auntie Gussy as members of Pierce Deanery Simbang Gabi Choir. The PAYO dancers outshine all others, bring tears of pride every time I see them perform. I love the Philippines and her people. Maraming salamat lahat

so i joined a while back. i can't remember exactly when but it was a long time ago. it started as me being a little, way too skinny kid that knew very little about being filipino. now i'm one of those "big kids" who loves her heritage. though, i'm still way to skinny but i'm working on that. XP thank you PAYO for bestowing upon me my friends that i will remember forever. PAYO IS AWESOME!!!

The PAYO is a great way to link American born Filipinos to their roots and community. I feel blessed and thankful that my multicultural children are a part of this organization. I wish I had an organization like this to turn to when I was growing up!

My daughter only started with PAYO in summer of 2007. Already she has enjoyed the many performances and the new friends she's made at PAYO. Most importantly, she has truly began to appreciate her Pilipino heritage. Thank you PAYO for all you do for our kids.
