I have had a message from our NASA licencing secretary about the number of licence forms that are being sent in without being completed correctly. In future any that she receives that are wrong will not be returned and you may therefore miss the first meeting due to not having a licence.
It's not rocket science.....just check that all your details are filled in, the form is signed and the envelope has the right postage stamp on it.
