The gates will be open from 4pm on Friday 23rd Aug. Everyone must leave the site after racing on Monday 26th.
Admission fees will be £7.00 per day for adults (£14.00 for the weekend), £4.00 per day for OAP's and children 12-16 years (£8.00 for the weekend), under 12's are free. Camping will be £5.00 per unit for the whole weekend.
All campers, caravans and tents MUST be in the camping area (old pits). There will be water on site. We are hoping to get the mains taps working but if all fails there will be a bowser in the camping area.
The meeting will be run as 2 seperate days with 2 heats and a final on both days. There will be trophies on the finals both days. We will hold seperate races for Stockhatch if we have enough cars, if not they will be amalgamated with another class. Classes 2,5 and 9 will have their perpetual trophy races.
We will have all our normal fun and games with; The Pit Stop challenge, Old School sports day, cycle races, tug of war and a new special event which should create some extra fun on Sunday evening!
