Hope someone can help out here. Class two gear cluster can I ONLY use the tooth numbers combination in the rule book? Example if the 2nd gear tooth count was different but still gave a 2.14/2.13 ratio can it be used? Many Thanks
Sorry Phil, it is not permitted to change a gear cluster from a standard F10 gearbox. It is also forbidden to use a Corsa gearbox in a Nova or vice versa.
There are 2 different gear clusters and 3 diff ratios allowed so you should be able to arrive at a decent gear set up with those variations.
