Tealham,Tadham Moors plus Westhay NNR.

Tealham moor this morning 19/04/2015 Ist of three Buzzards perched in a Hawthorne bush, seems to be a new bird "blond" in appearance, it flew off at my approach but a second Buzzard was far more cooperative posing nicely in beautiful light, on to Westhay via Tadham a third Buzzard seen,and a pair of G-s-Woodpeckers.At lake hide ,London Drove a pair of G-c-Grebes, Canada Goose,plus a Reed Bunting.From the Viridor hide Marsh Harrier ,Little Grebes ,Kingfisher,Moorhens ,two Little Egrets, a G-Heron flew in and landed on the island ,a Crow was collecting Swansdown for nest lining, very cheering was the sight of a Mallard Duck escorting her six ducklings across he pond.
