Went for a walk along the River Isle last night and it was a joy to see Swallows and Sand Martins. The Sand Martins were already making use of the burrows that I first noticed last year. Within a 300 yards stretch, I also came across kingfishers and a buzzard. Add to that a few Otter paw prints and it was a delightful evening.
