A chilly but nice Christmas eve!

2 Stonechats near to the screen (male and female)

Great White Egret fishing next to a Heron (season of goodwill meant that they didn't fight)

Plenty of winter ducks, Lapwings and a flock of Golden plover.

A small brownish bird which i think is a Linnet!?

I think your small brown bird is a Meadow Pipit James

Ah ha!

I thought it might have been a Pipit. For some reason I thought they were bigger!
