Shapwick Heath

A chill in the air from 08.00 this morning. I was able to watch 3 Marsh Harriers, 2 GWE and 2 Bitterns all in flight over Noah's at the same time at one point. The only notable new arrivals were 2 Redpoll beside the railway line while a lingering Blackcap was feeding near Ashcott Corner. Notable migratory movement today seemed to be Goldcrests seen in good numbers, Chiff Chaffs and Lapwings.
