7 Tree Sparrows on the approach road to Catcott today, feeding in the field to the left of the car parking area just off the road. Also an opportunist Sparrowhawk trying to catch the roosting Starlings.

Do you mean the muddy track down to the hide once you leave the road on the bend?
I must go and have a look, are they regular in the area?
Yet to see one!

Yes Cliff they were feeding in the very first field on the left of the track. Not sure if they are regular there, my first time at the reserve!! Good birding
