Durleigh Res

Water levels are still quiet high at Durleigh res but
2 Common sandpiper, 4 Green sandpiper ,1 Greenshank and a
juv Ringed Plover made the most of what little mud was showing

Ad Med Gull in amongst the numerous Black-headed Gull
A fair bit of mud now showing as water levels drop just waiting for that rare wader to drop in

This morning 7 greensandpipers 1 common sandpiper 5 little egrets 41 great g grebes viewed from the top gate by the road

10 common sandpipers
2 green shanks
58 great c grebes
230 mallard
3 chiffcaffs

med gull

Spotted Redshank 9 Ruff 1 Greensandpiper good numbers of Great crested Grebe, Canada's & Mallard.

Spotted Redshank Common Tern and kingfisher the highlights this afternoon

Only wader present this afternoon was the Spotted Redshank but a juv Common Tern was at the sailing club end of the reserviour and a Bar headed goose in amongst the large flock of Canada Geese
