Whilst travelling on the A37 towards Yeovil this evening at about 9pm (before you get to the layby prior to the 40 limit & the Halfway House at Chilthorne Domer), a juvenile Crane attempted to land in the large open tree adjacent to the entrance to Rushley Farm Bungalow. Right in front of me. It didn\\\'t land just flew back West over the hedge line and across the fields out of sight.

With that and the Red Kite at Six Penny Handley yesterday, that\\\'s two firsts in two days!
