Lesser Whitethroat - Cinnamon Lane

For the last 3 days there has been a Lesser Whitethroat singing away in the lane, but he had thus far eluded me! This morning, with admirable patience and equal cunning it was mission accomplished. Mr Whitethroat chortled one time too many and I latched on to him and got some excellent views. Warning - there are several Chaffinch singing too!
From the park, walk up past the barn on your left, on past the big field on your left - immediately on your right is a small sheep paddock. He's been singing in the right -hand corner as you look at that end of the paddock, - next to the small holding with the green gates.
Also this morning a pair of Mistle Thrush, again in the field next to the park, feeding by the horses. It's also a favourite spot for a green woodpecker.
