Morning Seawatch at Minehead
80 Red-throated diver
1 Great Northen diver
124 Auk sp
1 Common Scoter
The biggest suprise of the watch was a Ring tail Hen harrier flying West out of a heavy shower being harassed by Gulls.
A later call from Brian Gibbs said he had 120 Rt divers whilst watching from his car near the lifeboat station
(i should have gone to Spec savers),my only excuse of missing so many is i had to run for shelter as the heavy rain came in ,but he did miss the Ring tail.
The Wintering Med Gull was by the Bus Shelter
Chritmas Greetings to you all.
