The confiding Snow Bunting was still present along the Huntspill Seawall this early afternoon, feeding on the rough grass area about 70 metres north of the most northerly of the two concrete structures.
Also, opposite the Sluice, there was a flock of about 60 Avocets among the HT wader roost, which also held 14 Bar-tailed and several Black-tailed Godwits, together with good numbers of Grey and Golden Plovers.
Later, at the Huntspill road-bridge, 9 Goosander were on the river.
