A single Great White Egret on Curry Moor this morning at grid ref. ST318275, in a drainage ditch next to the field with cows in. Also three Chiffchaffs in the ditch , all green/yellow individuals. The family party of five Whooper Swans have moved , they were west of New Road at ST310275 and distant. Also 197 Mute Swans across the moor and a good count of seven Stonechats.
