Magpie predation

While jogging round shapwick last night I saw the remains of a magpie, wings and tail intact.
It reminded me of Manx shearwater carcasses after a gull had had a go at them, and there has been a lot of LBB activity in the village
Has anyone any thoughts on this? It was too intact for a sparrow hawk kill (I have what is left of a collard dove in the garden at the moment)
