A Kingfisher perched in a Tree this morning in a Garden at Ham, next to the road. Reminded me of the time I once encountered a Kingfisher in a dense part of Edford Wood. Anyone that has seen TV footage of a Goshawk negotiating its way through Trees at breathtaking speed will be able to appreciate that the Kingfisher that I watched fly off that morning, did exactly the same as the TV Goshawk.
