Domenica 29 maggio, Bruce springsteen si è esibito a Dublino (presso il Croke Park) con la E Street Band, nell'ambito del suo The River Tour 2016 attualmente in corso. Durante il live il Boss è stato raggiunto sul palco nientemeno che dal frontman degli U2 Bono; insieme hanno duettato sul brano "Because the Night", il brano del 1978 scritto da Springsteen e Patti Smith, portato al successo dal Patti Smith Group (venne incluso nel disco "Easter" e uscì come singolo).
