Just got back from San Jose Costa Rica. Wanted to commend Mr. Berny Carvajal and his students for doing an excellent job. The seminars were well attended on Friday and Saturday by all. After arriving on Monday, during the week, I taught all the classes (Mon-thurs)to bring all the students up to speed on the AKKI material and worked with Mr. Carvajal privately during Wed and Thursday all day, to make sure he had all the new innovations, up to date material etc.

Mr. Carvajal, is an excellent kenpoist, who moves extremely well, his students were really impressive also. I will be posting some photos and videos on my website soon.

we have some brand new AKKI members from Costa Rica and I want to welcome them into the AKKI and wish them a long and passionate journey into the incredible art of Paul Mills' AKKI American Kenpo.

too bad it was the rainy season when I was there. It rained just about every day, so didn't get to spend any time outside, just teaching and working out.

Also wanted to remind our European members that the WOMAA World Martial Games XI, will take place August 20,21,22 2010 at the Killarney Sports Complex, Killarney, Ireland. 28 countries have responded so far, and we are expecting a great turnout. Hope to see some of our AKKI members there.
