In the name of self-defense... D.C v. Heller

I don't want to politicize the forum, but as most here are highly interested in self-defense, I thought I would post this;

Today SCOTUS is hearing oral arguments of Washington D.C. V. Heller.

This case is notable in terms of defining 2nd amendment rights, specifically if the 2nd amendment protects "individual rights" to keep and bear arms, or if it refers only to a collective right.
