But only for a short while. This is the car I spent almost 5 years restoring. I didn't do it all at once but it felt like it.

Well the mate bought it off me as soon as I had it finished and having owned it now for almost 3 years, he's decided to sell it. mainly because he never gets time to use it and it has set in his Father in-laws garage for the past year.
I've been given the job of re-commisioning it, so it's going to be like working on an old friend.







Apart from a really good polish to bring the paint back up (there is a few little bubbles appearing on the body I'll have to look at) alls wrong with it is one of the brake master cylinder is leaking and will need replaced.
I'm glad he asked me to sort it but I'm a little sad to, because while he owned it he was only down the road from me and I could keep an eye on it. Lord knows were it will go once it's Mot'd again.
