I can't say 100% Jim, but I don't recall this plan to be in Manila Bay. I also can't remember buying a ticket.....haha. Seems like a terrible oversight, if I didn't.

I remember the drawing, but I didn't remember so many winners! I bet those winners, however many, enjoyed the time of their lives. There was also a USO show that I missed. I have wondered who was there?
