Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I would like to have my flag flown in the ship. I would like to know a poc and hopefullyy flag could be raised and flown onboard USS kitty hawk. Thanks in advance!

I don't think there is any way you can have a flag flow on the ship. It was decommissioned in 2009.
