There is a group that is going to shift from trying to get the Forrestal to the getting the Hawk as a museum. Fine with me. What's odd is the group in control does not know of anyone else trying for it.
Does this mean there is going to be a bidding war? Or is N.C. out? It seems to me our association is more enthusiastic than anything coming out of Wilmington.
I just got my answer, Jim Melka says Wilmington is more interested in getting a baseball team than the ship. He wants us to put our support behind the Pensacola group. I wonder if it's too late to move the reunion?
