I am trying to help my great uncle with his application for disablity. They have asked him to find the date of a plane crash on the USS Kitty Hawk. The crash occured between September 1962 and June 1963. The pilot wasLieutenant James J. Wilson of Philadelphia, PA. He was in the VAH-13 and flew a A-3D-2. He was lost at sea when his plane crashed into the Kitty Hawk. His co-pilot was Lieutenant John C Shoemaker from Downington, PA, was also lost at sea that day. The rest of the crew survivied. All I need is the date on which he (Wilson) was lost at sea which may also be listed as his date of death. Where do I find this info?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
