Introductions first, my name's Michelle, I'm 17. I've had a lot going through my mind lately, I haven't exactly had the greatest past. I've struggled through depression and drug addiction and I think going vegetarian would be good for me. I think it would be something good for me to focus on.
I once had some frozen veggie burgers that were really good, didn't taste like meat, but I liked them. I have no idea what kind they were. I tried another kind once, they tasted terrible. Any recommendations on a few good frozen veggie burgers?
I'm a very busy person, I don't have a ton of time for preperation. Any good quick meals to make for breakfast lunch and dinner?
Also what are some good snacks?
Any beginning tips will help out, i think this will be a good change for me.
