We are all so pleased to hear Charlotte Lines is recovering from the accident yesterday and that fortunately her injuries appear to be muscular, which is painful enough. We wish her a speedy recovery and hope to see her back out at Ivychurch some time soon.
We think you'll all agree that the investment the club made in purchasing the emergency cutting equipment paid dividends. We were able to remove the door, gear lever and door bars in a controlled manner without any harm to Charlotte which enabled the paramedics to remove her safely on a board and into the ambulance. We know the paramedics were impressed with the equipment and the ability to use it effectively.
