Another "first" for IK this year will be The Driver of the Meeting Award, similar to Man of the Match in other lesser sports!

The winning driver will be chosen by a combination of all the track marshals and those in commentary/lap scoring. The reason being that it will be a group decision made by people who see all the races.

Derek will present the award at the drivers briefing the following meeting so everyone will be aware of the winner. There will be a trophy for every meeting.
