For those members who want to know the menu for the Presentation it has now been agreed with the hotel and is as follows: Cream of leek, potato and white onion soup, chive creme fraiche. Honey baked belly of pork or pan roasted breast of chicken with wild mushroom and red wine sauce. Dauphinoise potatoes, peas and carrots, extra vegetables and roast potatoes will be on the tables. Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce. Coffee or tea. If anyone has special dietary needs please let me know.
