Afternoon all

Hannah IK225 is doing the mens class 1 ukac rounds this year
We are bringing her Number 2 mini to invicta sunday to get tagged as this car is really just for ukac rounds, She has another which see races at the club,
My worry is looking at the weather for this week and if it keeps raining IK wont be on sunday, So question is can someone next week tag her engine and check the car over if IK isn't on as UKAC first round is the weekend after

Hi Paul,

If you don't intend to race the No.2 car at IK then all you are required to do is drill two adjacent cylinder head bolts for the provision of a seal. You don't need to have it sealed.

Invicta Kent choose to seal all engines in classes 1, 2, Juniors and Junior Specials for our own club rules.

Hi Paul,

I am going to Stroud that weekend, and believe my dad is (Roy Matthews) who does the sealing. So if it would put your mind at rest, if IK is cancelled, then we will take the stuff with us, and do it at Stroud. But as Neil said, there is no need to do it if you are not racing it at IK.
