In a microwavable dish, place wings. Try to get them as even as possible. Shake on soya sauce - it's a good tenderizer. Add your barbecue sauce and stir a bit to distribute sauce.
Microwave at 1/2 power. Cooking time depends on amount of chicken and individual microwaves, but start with 15 minutes and go from there.
