SWEET BASIL MARINADE
Use as a marinade with chicken or white fish, such as halibut.

1/4 cup (60 mL) Dijon Mustard (with whole seeds)
1/4 cup (60 mL) packed Brown Sugar
1 tbsp (15 mL) Watkins Basil
3 tbsp (50 mL) Watkins Grapeseed Oil
3 tbsp (50 mL) Apple Cidar Vinegar
1 tsp (5 mL) Watkins Dry Mustard

Process all 6 ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Makes approximately 3/4 cup (175 mL).
