James Packer found a Great Grey Shrike on Black Down mid-morning. It was still present at 12:40 when I saw it along the southern-slope between Tyning's Farm track and the trig-point.
Looked for the GG Shrike for 3hours Monday Morning with no luck,lost my glasses about 50mtrs from the gate that leads back to the road.
Probably be easier th find the Shrike with all the mud and water on the paths.
