This morning at chestford 1 male ring ouzel 2 kestrels good numbers of meadow pipits and a few skylarks
yesterday near kinford house on the border of somerset and Devon the Ring T hen harrier again showing well at dinnertime also a ring tail reported in chestford a week ago

8 crossbills and 2 Golden Plover in off the Sea yesterday near Selworthy Beacon. Inland 3 Ring Ouzels with at least 4 different Kestrels seen. Med Gull, Minehead Beach. Redwing seen both on the coast and inland with presumably local Mistle Thrush movements.

Chestford this morning very quite 50 fieldfare and 30 redwings 1 swallow 2 kestrels the best on offer.
Chalk water 2 Ring ouzel 400 fieldfare 100 redwing 4 swallows 30 linnett 2 sparrowhawk buzzard kestrel and dipper .
Back at chestford the stags were in good voice this morning.
