A cracking male Golden Pheasant this morning feeding quietly along edge of footpath and in grassy area, before flying over fence. Seen around 11 this morning next to National Trust sign about Selworthy Woods.

From Bossington NT Car Park take lower path to West Lynch right over footbridge and follow to end of open field and gate. The bird was just up the footpath to the left immediately after the gate.
