No sound of any Quails in a brief hour this afternoon, although very windy and cold - was more checking the site out as passing by. One Great White Egret and vocal Curlews seen along the drove.
Several quails singing this morning. One, distantly heard from field on left of the discarded fridge, and at least two very close to the path further up on the right by the cattle pen.
