Just before I saw the Bustard,i saw 2 red head Gooseander fly over the drained lagoon,first time I've seen them over there,also 2 drake Garganey,1 LRP,3 Redshank,copious Blkwits on the lagoon & 2 soaring Sprawks seen.Also good no's of Sand martens & some House martens & about 6 swifts at Ham Wall,i then visited Greylake,& had close views of 4 Garganey,3 drakes & a duck,the GW teal wasn,t showing,as a Peregrine had recently flushed everything.Also a Whitethroat at ham wall.
