Marsh Tit Leigh on Mendip

That's nice, a Marsh Tit coming into the garden & collecting Sunflower hearts yesterday & today. Not had one come before. Just the usual's, numerous House Sparrows, Blackbirds, Hedge Sparrows, Chaffinch's, Greenfinches, Goldfinches, Robin, Blue/Great/Coal/Long-Tailed Tits, Collared doves, Greater Spotted Woodpecker, Nuthatch, a Magpie, a Sparrowhawk.

Even better it's two. The walls must stuffed with seeds.

A pair been here, West Hatch, sunflower hearts, for three months now. Not bad after 15 winters of none.
Also, for third year running, a pair of Stock Doves (not Collared) under feeders. Usually stay until June.

Happy to say we have had one visiting the garden feeders for a few weeks now, had a pair last year but only one so far this year this is on th outskirts of Bruton, we are keeping a list this year when we are sat in the conservatory enjoying a coffee and the most species seen has been 12 in under an hour, goldfinches outnumber all else with over 30 seen at one time.
