Dippers in Cheddar Gorge

Two Dippers giving very good views at 10am this morning. Mainly perched on railings at the top of the steep weir behind the old hotel building.

Observed over a lengthy period diving and taking what appeared to be Caddis Larvae which they "peeled" before eating. Also seen foraging in moss at the waterside.

Two Grey Wagtails also in the area.
