Had a good look around the Reservoir this AM. Nothing new to report on the water however there was what looked to us like a very good candidate for a Siberian Chiff Chaff...certainly looked right and very like photos/books checked since. Unfortunately it didn't utter a sound of any kind in the time we watched it.
It was in the blackberry bushes at the edge of the area with trees to the N of the Cheddar tower and was giving good views in the sun.

It would be good if someone with better ID skills than me could give it a look should they be passing.

Other birds of interest: Grey Wagtail, Bullfinch, Nuthatch and Sparrow Hawk.
