I stopped at the Huntspill River between Woolavington and East Huntspill this afternoon as it's probably the best place to see Goosanders in the area!
Sure enough, there was a female (There were 2 in the morning when I drove past)
Also there were a couple of Kingfisher, which like to sit on the metal 'step' that drops down into the river from the derelict building near the bridge.
Also seen were Little Egrets, Heron, Kestrel, Cormorants and a party of Long Tailed Tits.
