A Goldeneye was spotted amongst the Wigeon from Noah's Hide at around 1230.
He was around 100 metres away and flew off heading North-West.
I think it was a male in winter plumage but hopefully someone will put me right from the link to the rubbish photo.

Hi Charlie, not such a rubbish photo! Adult male in pretty much summer plumage, should be going in to winter eclipse plumage by now I'd have thought. Lovely bird
