Lewis's Drove was hopping with chiffchaffs this morning: at least 19 green-jobs plus one Siberian (latter loitering around the Godwins' works gate).
Bearded tit still calling in the reed-fringe of the lake opposite Rosebud Farm, along with 17 little grebes and good numbers of duck, all a bit jumpy due to the presence of an otter. Also 17 little grebe. Great white egret dropped in briefly too.
Green sandpiper and a pair of stonechats further east out on Godney Moor.
