I was out in a boat fishing between Glenthorne & Foreland Point, (2 miles into Devon) last Tuesday and saw a Great Northern Diver flying East and heading rapidly towards Somerset Air Space. The Minehead Netsmen have already started to catch Herrings in reasonable numbers so I expect Diver numbers will increase rapidly in the next few weeks.
