James Packer found a Wryneck this morning at the base of Brean Down, just to the left of the wooden kissing gate at the start of the uphill access road. I saw it around mid-day and just after, perching on hawthorns and brambles that grow up the slope looking from this gate.

Twitter reporting another Wryneck, this time at Berrow.

Showing nicely this evening in the weedy/grassy clearing on the north edge of the Berrow nature reserve c100m from the main road
