Today small birds were hard to find with a keen wind and now 3 sparrowhawks kestrel Peregrine falcon and buzzard all huntung the same valley they were hideing away but 6 redstarts seen 2 dippers windchat spotted flycatcher and willow warbler still hanging on but no stonechats .also seen 10 species of butterflies wallbrown smallcopper and smallheath the best species and plenty of berries on the bushes for winter thrushes.
