Sunday 4 May. At last, after a wait of over two years. A red kite over our garden in Nether Stowey. Gliding in from the Quantocks, it circled low over Coleridge Cottage (obviously a literary type), then climbed higher and higher, heading north-east towards the Bristol Channel.
