Two youths caught on the Meare Heath reserve with an air rifle, having accessed the site from the gate opposite the factory in Ashcott Road. Full of excuses and apologies, claiming to be 'target shooting' so maybe not a regular occurrence! However, for info, the vehicle they were using was trade marked, Clean Tec Cleaning Services, and parked up in the factory entrance. I don't have e-mail addresses for EN and RSPB so perhaps some of the vol. wardens could pass on this info.
