But I digress, the ducks are loving it. Large numbers present today mainly wigeon, pochard, tufted, gadwall, shoveler plus upwards of a dozen pintail and one drake goldeneye.
A very mobile flock of about 60 redpoll moved through the Nine Acre Drove woodland, the largest group I've seen this winter so far. Also, goldcrests, chiffchaffs & coal tits in the area.
